• Our primary role in business is to Delight Our Customer. There are many reasons to be in business, but without good customers, nothing else works. And we'd prefer that our customers feel not only satisfied but actually delighted with Weathervane.
• It's important to Treat People Right. Such a common saying, and it can mean different things to different people. We believe in treating ourselves, our customers, and our suppliers fairly and in a manner we'd like to be treated. For us it's simply that over the years we haven't been able to improve on the words.
• We are committed to pursue Continuous Improvement in all we do. At Weathervane we measure a lot of things to see how we're doing. There are always new things to measure. When that happens, sometimes we find out we're not doing so good. That doesn't matter. What matters is that we get better—continuously.
• Steady and controlled Profitable Growth ensures our future. We want to grow to serve you better. But we don't want our growth to be chaotic and cause problems for you. We also know we need to be reasonably profitable or we won't be around to be your partner. Being bigger just for its own sake doesn't cut it at Weathervane.
